Tasting Notes:

Nose: Rich brown sugar, white pepper gives it spice, a faint smell reminiscent of pink nerds, strawberry shortcake, and upside down cake.

Palate: Big bold oak that is a bit drying, white pepper that follows through from the nose, deep maraschino cherry, and dark chocolate.

Finish: Tons of rich oak, less sweetness and almost a spice that is reminiscent of chile infused dark chocolate (must be that peppery note), and raisins. Nice long hug that lasts for over 45 seconds.
