Who are we??
A very small but active and loyal community that has come together as one.
A group that has an average of 400-450 post a month. Tons of interaction with other members.
A group that has set out to highlight small craft distilleries and bring them to the forefront. I think we, together, have done a great job of this.
A group that has had lots of meet ups and pour shares, virtual shares and set out from DAY ONE to allow members in on every pick possible to help with picking our barrels.
A group that has already made an impact on cancer, and will be making impacts with more charities to come!
A group that has bought 869 unique and special bottles since our inception.
A group that is truly TOGETHER
Barrels are chosen through a meticulous screening process. Both Caleb and Kris will go through samples that are sent by a distillery and come to a consensus to move forward with the sample chosen or move on from the distillery at that time. Not every sample that is received makes it to the group, this is due to the want for quality, unique products that members will be excited for! 2024, the inaugural year, yielded 8 barrel picks from 7 different distilleries. 2025 yielded 12 picks total from 11 different distilleries.
The group has moved from 300 members after the first pick to a whopping 720 average number of members! Members are expected to stay active and participate in the group but not required to purchase the picks. This is to encourage a strong community which the group excels at. This bourbon group is one of the friendliest you will encounter and we hope to see you in the group soon!
