Tasting Notes:

Nose: Ripe green apples, hay field, lightly toasted marshmallows, some red hot candy.

Palate: Mike’s red hot candy come through, there’s almost a buttercream frosting on top of yellow cake cupcakes, some light caramel, a bit of some greener young oak.

Finish: More of that oak comes through with some cinnamon, some more of that caramel, a hint of green apple towards the back.
