Tasting Notes:

Nose: Brown sugar, caramel, oak, fresh baked bread, fluffed buttercream.

Palate: The nose makes it’s way to the palate, the caramel and brown sugar mixed with a creamy velvety buttercream, mature oak, blackberry cobbler pie crust.

Finish: There’s some sweet and sour oak, a hint of pepper, more of those sweet bakery notes with some of that buttercream, a hint of strawberry jam, and more of that brown sugar.
